Ann Thompson

Ann Thompson is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in business analysis and clinical management. Currently serving as Director of Business Analysis at Optum since July 2017, Ann oversees the enterprise letter generation platform and leads a team of 34 Clinical Program Consultants and Senior Business Analysts. Previously, Ann held roles including Associate Director of Business Analysis at The UnitedHealth Group, Integrated Health Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, and Team Lead/Case Manager at UnitedHealthcare. Ann's early career included nursing positions in various healthcare settings.
