Ashley Leach

Ashley Leach, MSN, FNP-C, is an experienced healthcare professional currently working as an Advanced Practice Nurse at Optum since September 2024. Previously, Ashley served as a Nurse Practitioner at Women's Health Associates of Southern Nevada from April 2023 to September 2024 and as an Intensive Care Nurse at The Valley Health System from February 2019 to April 2023. Additionally, Ashley possesses a strong background in human resources, having held roles such as Human Resources Director and Generalist at Exotics Racing and Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, respectively. Ashley earned a Doctor of Nursing in Nursing Administration from Chamberlain University, an MSN in Family Practice Nursing from the University of South Alabama, a BS in Registered Nursing from Nevada State University, and an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from the College of Southern Nevada.
