Ashley Rush possesses extensive experience in healthcare, having worked in various roles from clinical nursing to advanced management positions. Initially, Ashley served as an RN in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at St. Tammany Parish Hospital from 2005 to 2008. From 2004 to 2005, Ashley held a similar RN position at LSU Health Sciences Center. Transitioning to health analytics, Ashley joined Truven Health Analytics and progressed from Consultant to Sr. Analytic Consultant and Client Services Manager between 2011 and 2017, before moving on to IBM Watson Health as a Consulting Manager. In the role of Vice President Strategic Accounts at Optum, Ashley currently leads enterprise-wide analytics partnerships. Ashley earned a BSN from Northwestern State University and an MSN in Health Administration from Loyola University New Orleans.
