Bailey Holmes

Bailey Holmes, MBA, MSML, serves as the Associate Director of Network Programs for Utah and Idaho. They previously held various roles at Optum, including Provider Network Program Manager and Network Program Specialist, and worked as an Account Executive at Ogden Peak Communications. Additionally, Bailey was crowned Miss Rodeo Utah in 2014 and gained experience in medical records and pathology technology at Utah Digestive Health Institute. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication, as well as two master’s degrees in Business Administration and Management & Leadership from Western Governors University.
