Barbara Kosloski

Barbara Kosloski currently serves as the Sr. Vice President of Technology at Optum since May 2025, following a tenure at UnitedHealth Group where responsibilities included Sr. Vice President and Vice President of Technology for Optum. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles at Target, where Barbara managed large service center teams and IT support, and at Gander Outdoors overseeing various technology portfolios. Earlier career highlights include consulting roles at Slalom, project management at Wilsons Leather, and business systems analysis at GUIDANT CORPORATION. Barbara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and World Religions from Lawrence University.
