Ben Miladin

Ben Miladin is an experienced behavioral health executive with a strong background in overseeing health operations and strategies. Currently serving as the Ohio Behavioral Health Executive Director for Optum, Ben manages the behavioral health operations for the Ohio Medicaid contract. Prior roles include VP of Behavioral Health Strategy and Design at The Centers for Families and Children, Director of Health at the United Way of Greater Cleveland, and Deputy Administrator at Cuyahoga County Senior and Adult Services. Ben's expertise encompasses multi-disciplinary collaborations, quality improvement, and client advocacy, underpinned by a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Cornell University.
