Brandy Rivera

Brandy Rivera currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Consumer Payments at Optum since August 2022 and has been a part of UnitedHealth Group since July 2010, holding various positions including VP of Network and Government Operations - Dental and Director of Operations. With significant experience in project management, Brandy oversees a team of 9 supervisors and 115 customer service representatives, focusing on key performance indicators and process improvements. Brandy is also a member of Chief, a network aimed at empowering women leaders. Prior to their roles in healthcare, Brandy was Regional Director at AIM Healthcare, where responsibilities included managing significant budgets and client relationships. Brandy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Business from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas.
