Brian Cronin

Brian Cronin, MBA, serves as the Director of Client Delivery/Engagement for Prospective Payment Systems (PPS) at Optum, where responsibilities include optimizing PPS value for top payment integrity clients and overseeing client care, project leadership, and contractual negotiations. With a solid progression through various leadership roles within Optum, including Director of Client Management and Associate Director of Client Management for Payment Integrity, Brian has achieved recognition through multiple awards for excellence in client service and innovation. Prior experience at Conduent involved managing pricing and costing for government healthcare solutions. Brian holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from Florida State University and has additional degrees in Sociology and African-American Studies.
