Brian Weil

Brian Weil currently serves as the Director of Provider Clinical Decision Support Products at Optum, leading the Provider dPA Product suite since February 2025. Previously, Brian held the position of Director of Corporate Strategy at UnitedHealth Group from July 2022 to February 2025, where leadership involved overseeing teams and driving outcomes across various segments, including Optum Health and UHC. Prior roles included Associate Director of Corporate Strategy at Paytient, Product Manager at Abbott, and involvement in strategy and implementation at Boston Medical Center. Brian's early career featured an analyst role at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences and experience as an Associate at Locust Walk. Educational credentials include an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, a B.S. in Biology from Duke University, and a Business Analytics certification from Harvard Business School.
