Brigitte Doleshal

Brigitte Doleshal is a senior compliance and risk leader with over 30 years of experience in healthcare compliance, risk management, and audit programs across large organizations. Currently, Brigitte serves as the Director of Revenue Cycle Audit and Analytics at Optum, where they focus on enhancing revenue cycle processes. Previously, Brigitte held significant roles at R1 RCM, SSM Health, and UnityPoint Health, where they successfully developed compliance programs and led audit initiatives to mitigate business risks. Brigitte holds a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa.
