Bryan Boling

Bryan Boling is a research scientist with over a decade of experience in quantitative research and applied data science. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy and Planning at Optum, Bryan previously held positions as a Senior Engineer and Professor of Policy Analysis at RAND Corporation, where they developed advanced analytics frameworks and mentored graduate students. Bryan earned a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, where they also completed a Master's of Science. Their expertise encompasses a range of methodologies, including machine learning and systems engineering, to address complex challenges in military logistics, energy systems, and national security.
