Callie Simas is a healthcare leader with expertise in strategic planning, change management, and integration for healthcare systems and clinics. They have experience in managed care, healthcare insurance, and program management, having held roles at Kaiser Permanente and Oscar Health, where they managed strategic initiatives and led various clinical projects. Currently, as Director of M&A Integration at Optum, they direct complex acquisition integration projects across the enterprise.
