Carmen Deleon

Carmen DeLeon, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in various HR leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Human Capital Partner at Optum since June 2013, Carmen has also held positions such as Associate Human Capital Partner and Human Capital Consultant within the same organization. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Connextions, Sr. Human Resource Manager at Safety Services Company, National Team Manager - Recruiting at DriveTime, Branch Manager at Spherion Staffing, and Director of Business Development at DuffyGroup.
