Cayle Runk

Cayle Runk, MBA, has over a decade of diverse professional experience spanning roles in program management, project management, and business analysis. At Best Buy, Runk served as a Program Specialist, providing strategic input from corporate stores. Following this, Runk worked at KMR Architects as a Project Manager, focusing on market expansion in Minneapolis/St. Paul. From November 2003 to June 2010, Runk was a Sales Analyst at Polaris Industries, where KPI metrics were developed to enhance production and distribution. Most recently, Runk held positions at Optum, first as an Agile Product Owner and then as a Senior Business Analyst, leading cross-functional solutions and improving product eligibility systems. Runk holds a BA in International Business and a BA in Russia, Central, and East European Studies, along with an MBA, all from Augsburg University.
