Chad Eng is the Sr. Director of Strategic Insights Knowledge Management at Optum, where they manage knowledge management solutions and develop innovative tools to meet stakeholder needs. Chad holds a Master's in Library and Information Science and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
