Chad Smith

Chad Smith, CPRP, currently serves as a Senior Provider Recruiter at Optum, a role held since October 2021, where responsibilities include recruiting Primary Care Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians for the West Region and collaborating with Care Delivery CDOs to meet recruitment needs. Previous experience encompasses roles as a Recruiter at Renal Ventures Management, as well as at UCHealth, where Chad managed a high volume of open positions, successfully filling numerous roles and providing exceptional customer service to hiring managers and candidates. Chad also held the position of Membership Recruiter at WMS Church of God, focusing on community outreach and team training, and was a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Vail Health, where processes were optimized to enhance recruitment efficiency. Chad is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Southern New Hampshire University.
