Charan Rao

Charan Rao is an experienced software engineer and developer with a strong background in Python and web technologies. At Lumen Technologies, Charan implemented frontend solutions for third-party web services using Vue, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. At Encova Insurance, Charan customized WordPress themes, analyzed insurance markets using Python libraries, developed backend web services with Django, and led cloud environment deployments. Currently at Optum as a Python AWS Developer, Charan designs both frontend and backend components for healthcare applications, leveraging AngularJS for enhanced user interfaces. Prior experience includes managing datasets and developing dashboards at M Power Logic Systems.
