Cheryl Flaherty

Cheryl Flaherty is currently the Director of Optum Advisory Services, leveraging extensive experience in systems implementation and applications leadership within complex business environments. Previously, they held the role of Director at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, where they oversaw key operations and facilitated system upgrades for large-scale projects. Cheryl also served as a Specialist Leader at Deloitte Consulting and as Chief Business Consultant at Optimization Partners. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Systems Management & MIS from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Science in Technology Management from Columbia University.
