Christine Cutting

Christine Cutting is a Senior Director of Enterprise Readiness with extensive experience in driving organizational performance strategies. They have held various leadership roles at Optum, including Director of Strategy & Operations and Senior Director in multiple capacities, focusing on enterprise readiness and organizational effectiveness. Previously, they worked at GE Capital, where they completed an HR Leadership Program and served in several HR roles, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodology to enhance employee engagement and productivity. Christine is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science at the University of Virginia and a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Baltimore, while also having completed the Executive Development Program at Stanford University.
