Christopher McLaughlin

Christopher McLaughlin is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Director of Technology at Optum since August 2022. Prior to this role, Christopher held several positions at UnitedHealth Group from November 2012 to August 2022, including Associate Director, RPA Delivery Manager, and Senior Business Process Analyst, where responsibilities included the design, testing, implementation, and auditing of the claims adjudication system for the NICE Platform. Christopher also worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Allstate Northern Ireland and as an Office Administrator at Circle Printing Productions, following a gap year that provided valuable experience in office management. Christopher began a career in technical support at Stream Global Services (Dell) before completing a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business from Ulster University in 2012.
