Cody Cargill is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership, M&A, and partnerships. Currently serving as the VP of Strategy at Optum since May 2025, Cody leads initiatives for Optum Whole Health Solutions, specializing in Behavioral Health and Chronic Condition Management. Previously, Cody founded and served as CEO of Gordy Health, a virtual medical practice focused on blood pressure management, and held significant operational roles at companies such as Behavioral Health Works as COO & Interim CFO, DaVita Kidney Care as Regional Operations Director, and ClearCost Health as VP of Business Development and Operations. Early career experience includes a position as an Associate at TA Associates and as an Analyst at Merrill Lynch. Cody holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Yale University.
