Congyuan Ji

Congyuan "Billy" Ji is a Senior Data Engineering Lead at Optum, where they manage data engineering solution design projects and oversee cross-functional data platforms. With extensive experience in IT and healthcare, they previously served as a Business Analyst and Project Manager at UnitedHealthcare, managing numerous projects and leading data analytics teams. Earlier, they worked as a Research Translator and Reporter for the Korea Policy Institute, as well as a Teaching Assistant at St. Olaf College. Currently, Congyuan is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, Statistics, and Economics at St. Olaf College and a Master of Science in Business Analytics at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
