Conner Pera

Conner Pera, MMHC, is currently the Associate Director of Performance & Analytics at Optum, where they lead initiatives in operational performance and analytics. Previously, they held various roles at naviHealth, including Senior Operations Associate, focused on strategic initiatives and stakeholder collaboration. Conner also has experience as a Program Manager at EnergyLogic and several positions in operations and client relations across various companies, including Premise Health and Edfinancial Services. They completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Tennessee and are pursuing a Master's in Management in Health Care from Vanderbilt University.
