Crystal Popella

Crystal Popella is a dedicated Clinical Quality Director at Optum, where they focus on providing innovative solutions and enhancing client experiences. They previously held roles at UnitedHealth Group, where they managed clinical quality for Group Retiree Services and served as a Medicare Practice Performance Manager, collaborating to improve care delivery and health outcomes. Crystal also contributes to the community as a board member for AWARE, Inc of Mercer County and Folds of Honor Western PA. They are currently pursuing a degree in Registered Nursing at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
