Curt Switzer is a strategic and results-driven leader currently serving as the Director of Performance Management at Optum. They have previously held various roles in finance and project management at companies such as Kraft Heinz, Best Buy, and Thomson Reuters. With a BA in Business Administration from the University of Northern Iowa and an MBA in Finance & Project Management from Ball State University, Curt has built a diverse expertise in performance management and process improvement since 2003.
