Dan Thomas

Dan Thomas is an experienced Engineering Manager at Optum since June 2018, where previous roles include Senior Automation Engineer and IT System Analyst/Environment Manager. Dan has successfully implemented monitoring systems and DevOps pipelines for production pharmacy fulfillment dispensing systems, enhancing operational efficiency across multiple sites. Dan also participated in a developmental Technology Development Program at Optum, contributing to technology process improvements. Prior to Optum, Dan held internships in data management and analytics, and served in leadership roles within the Pi Kappa Alpha International Fraternity and as a mathematics tutor. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northwestern University.
