Daniel Carlucci

Daniel Carlucci, MD, FACC, is a Physician Executive and Clinical Cardiologist serving as the Chair of Cardiovascular and Metabolic Diseases at Optum Massachusetts. They previously held the position of Chair of Medical Specialties at Optum from 2015 to 2024, overseeing over 100 specialty clinicians and supporting various medical initiatives. Daniel founded Massachusetts Cardiology Associates and has held prominent roles at institutions such as Marlborough Hospital and UMass Memorial Health. They earned an AB in Biochemistry from Cornell University and an MD in Cardiovascular Disease from UMass Chan Medical School.
