Daniel Goldstein has extensive experience in software engineering and customer experience management, currently serving as Vice President of Software Engineering at Optum since June 2022. In this role, Daniel leads The Pharmacy Benefit Management Digital applications with a strong emphasis on Client Satisfaction, digital adoption, and efficient client management processes. Prior to Optum, Daniel held senior leadership positions at Verizon, where responsibilities included overseeing customer success and experience initiatives. Daniel's educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, and an Executive MBA in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics from Alliance University.
