Danielle Thomas

Danielle Thomas is an experienced IT professional specializing in asset and configuration management, currently serving as an IT Manager at Optum since May 2024. Previously, Danielle held various roles at Allina Health from June 2005 to June 2024, including Information Technology Manager, where responsibilities involved leading a centralized IT Asset & Configuration Management program, implementing ServiceNow solutions, and managing a significant desktop software and hardware fleet. Danielle also contributed to the Epic Device Implementation project and has experience as a Disability Case Manager and PC/LAN Admin.
