Danielle (Danie) Turpin is the Director of Patient Experience for the Midwest Region at Optum, where they utilize over a decade of experience in improving the human experience within healthcare. Previously, they held various leadership roles, including Director of Performance Improvement and Health Equity Officer at Providence Medical Center and Regional Director of Patient Experience at Skagit Regional Health. Danie’s journey in advocating for patient care began in the United States Air Force as a Pharmacy Technician and has continuously evolved, emphasizing patient-centered, empathetic care across multiple healthcare organizations. They have a commitment to enhancing the quality of care and patient satisfaction, reflecting their deep-rooted passion for compassionate healthcare. Danie also completed education at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement in 2023.
