Dave Crow

Dave Crow is currently the Vice President of Sales Operations at Optum, a position held since 2020, where they focus on proposals, compensation, and analytics. Previously, they served as Sr. Director of Sales Compensation and Programs at Optum from 2016 to 2019. Earlier in their career, they held various financial roles, including Global Marketing Controller, Director of Business Operations, and Director of Enterprise Risk Management at Motorola Solutions from 1996 to 2005. Dave is pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance at the University of Florida, having completed Executive Education at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2014.
