Dave Cunningham

Dave Cunningham is currently the Associate Director of Process Excellence at Optum, where they apply their expertise in process and change management. Previously, Dave served as the Head of Process Design Management for Daily Banking at KBC Bank Ireland, leading critical initiatives during the bank's exit from the Irish market. They also held roles focused on process improvement at Bank of Ireland, where they contributed to business process analysis and strategic transformation efforts. Dave earned a Master of Science in Strategic Quality Management from the University of Limerick, along with a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
