David A. Friedman

David A. Friedman, MD, FACC, FASE, FASNC, FACP, is currently a Cardiologist at Optum Health Tri-State and serves as Director of Heart Failure Services at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. They previously worked as a Cardiologist at Northwell Health Physician Partners from 2013 to 2023 and completed a Cardiology Fellowship at NYU Winthrop Hospital from 2004 to 2007. David also held roles as a Research Fellow at The Feinstein Institute and a Special Government Employee at the FDA since 2022. They earned their Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Albany Medical College and a BS/MD in Biomedical Sciences from the City University of New York City College, furthering their education with the Global Clinical Scholars Research Training Program at Harvard Medical School.
