David Keyes

David Keyes serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Optum Behavioral Care since January 2025. Prior to this role, Keyes held significant positions at Brigham and Women's Hospital, including Director of Administration and Finance, where responsibilities included advising on strategic initiatives and coordinating COVID-19 responses. Keyes has also served as Director of Strategic Solutions and Director of Healthcare Economics at UnitedHealthcare Community & State. Earlier experiences include consulting for the American Academy of PAs and managing technology initiatives at the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Keyes holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Music from the State University of New York College at Geneseo, a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from The Johns Hopkins University, and completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School in Managing Healthcare Delivery.
