David Kisch is currently the Regional Vice President of the Payer Market at OptumInsight, having held various leadership positions at Optum since 2011, including Vice President of Payment Integrity and Chief Operating Officer of Optum Analytics. Prior to their tenure at Optum, David worked at UnitedHealth Group as VP of Operations and spent nine years at Arthur Andersen, LLP in Audit and Business Advisory. David earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame in 1994.
