Debra Reetz

Debra Reetz, RN, BSN, MS, CPHQ, CAPM, is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing, quality improvement, and project management. Currently serving as an RN Case Manager at Optum since September 2025, Debra has also held roles as a Charge Nurse at Avamere Living, a Medical Support Specialist at BioLife Plasma Services, and a Staff Registered Nurse at Hillsboro Medical Center, demonstrating comprehensive nursing skills across various settings.
