Derek Walling

Derek Walling, MBA, PMP, is a program director at Optum, where they have worked since 2011, specializing in enterprise integration services. With a diverse background in healthcare and financial services, they possess expertise in IT project management, process engineering, and financial analysis. Previously, Derek held positions at OneAmerica as a plan manager, at the Indiana Public Retirement System as a finance and project manager, and at Towers Watson as a consultant and team manager. They are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Indiana Wesleyan University and have a BA in Mathematics from Austin College, both with a strong academic record.
