Dianna Page is an experienced professional in training and instructional design, currently serving as the Director of Training at Optum since March 2013, with a focus on developing a new EHR application for Optum Healthcare. Previous roles include Associate Director of Training, Technical & Implementation Manager, and Senior Instructional Designer at Optum, as well as various instructional design consulting positions with organizations such as Fredrickson Communications, Target, Be The Match, and SPIRE Federal Credit Union. Notably, career experience also includes a significant tenure at Medtronic, where Dianna excelled in training and development roles, including responsibilities for onboarding, curriculum design, and customer service.
