Dorie Jessen, MBA, has over 25 years of experience in compliance and risk management, specializing in healthcare compliance and ethics. Currently serving as Associate Director of Compliance at Optum, they lead the implementation of compliance programs across multiple care delivery organizations and manage a team of compliance professionals. Dorie's past roles include conducting investigations and compliance reviews at UnitedHealth Group and managing loss prevention at Target. They hold an MBA from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
