Douglas Flies

Douglas Flies serves as the Associate Director of Network Services at Optum, a position held since 2006. Prior to this, they progressed through various roles within the company, including Senior Operations Manager, Operations Manager, and Operations Analyst. Douglas began their career at The Hartford, where they worked as a Claims Examiner from 2003 to 2006. They earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Economics from the University of Minnesota Morris in 2003.
