Dyan Zuber

Dyan Zuber is a Senior Instructional Designer at Optum since February 2025, with a rich background in instructional design and eLearning development including freelance work from August 2020 to October 2022, where Dyan collaborated with various organizations to create corporate eLearning content. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Instructional Designer at AbleTo Inc., and as a School Counselor at Pinellas County Schools and Lackawanna High School, where Dyan conducted needs analysis and delivered instructor-led training. Additional roles encompass training, writing, and project management at Future Plans USA, and teaching English as a Second Language at Whales English. Dyan holds a BS in Sociology from SUNY College at Buffalo, an M.Ed. in School Counseling from SUNY University at Buffalo, and an Educational/Instructional Media Design Certificate from The Applied Instructional Design Academy.
