Ellen Stuffle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in telephony and systems analysis. At Optum, from January 2016 to February 2022, Ellen held roles as Manager of the Contact Center Telephony Team and Telephony Specialist, overseeing the Interactive Intelligence CIC system and supporting numerous users across multiple locations. Prior experience at Golden Rule Insurance and UnitedHealthCare from June 1989 to June 2016 included positions such as TFS Administrator/Ivr Administrator and Senior Business Systems Analyst, focusing on IVR system administration and analysis for call centers. Ellen graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Indiana Wesleyan University and holds an Associate degree in Computer Technology from Indiana University Indianapolis, where graduation was achieved with distinction.
