Erich Fredricks

Erich Fredricks is a proven innovator with extensive experience in leading teams and managing major projects. Currently serving as a Program and Operational Performance and Execution leader at Optum since 2020, Erich has demonstrated strategic thinking and operational efficiencies. Previously, Erich held various roles at Logistics Health Incorporated from 2008 to 2013, including Operations Manager and Operations Supervisor. Erich also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences with a focus on Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2006 and is currently engaged in studies at the Project Management Institute.
