Ericka Knepper Freeman, DNP, CRNP, is currently the Associate Director of Clinical Operations at Optum HouseCalls, having progressed through various roles including Lead Clinical Team Manager for the South Central Region. Previously, Ericka served as a Clinical Advisor and Clinical Team Manager at Optum, as well as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Premiere Internal Medicine and a Nurse Practitioner at Huntsville Hospital. Ericka holds a Master’s Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner from UAH School of Nursing and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Alabama School of Nursing.
