Erik Springer

Erik Springer is currently the Director of Strategy Consulting at Optum Advisory, where they leverage their expertise in strategy, value-based care, and financial analysis to solve complex challenges for various organizations. They previously held roles as a manager and analyst at Optum, contributing significant savings and management strategies for health plans. Erik earned a Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude in Economics and English from St. Olaf College, where they also participated in the Chapel Choir and co-chaired the Class of 2015 Gift Campaign. Their earlier experience includes data analysis at St. Olaf College and financial advising internships at Mutual of Omaha and Ameriprise Financial Services.
