Feng Yi

Feng Yi is a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer with extensive experience in the field, currently employed at Optum since April 2023. Prior to this role, Feng Yi worked at Change Healthcare from January 2020 to April 2023 as a Machine Learning Engineer. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Nanolab Technologies from June 2011 to January 2020, where Feng Yi served as Principal Engineer and team leader, supervising a team of materials analysts and technicians while also analyzing device micro-structures and compositions. Additionally, Feng Yi held the title of Data Scientist Fellow at Techlent from October 2018 to December 2019, developing an information extraction engine. Feng Yi began an academic journey as a Research Assistant at UW-Madison from September 2005 to June 2011, and holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, alongside educational experiences at the University of Connecticut, Changsha No.1 Middle School, and Southwest Jiaotong University.
