Frederic Celestin, MD, currently serves as the National Medical Director at Optum Care since February 2021 and holds multiple roles at Steward Health Care, including Pulmonary and Critical Care Attending Physician, Chief of Pulmonary, and Medical Director of Respiratory Care and PFT Lab at Holy Family Hospital. Additionally, Frederic Celestin works as an Outpatient Pulmonary and Sleep Specialist at InCare. Previous experience includes a Pulmonary & Critical Care Fellowship at Saint Elizabeth's Medical Center and a decade-long tenure at Mount Auburn Hospital as an Internal Medicine Attending Physician and Hospitalist. Frederic Celestin's educational background comprises a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, among other advanced medical training and fellowships at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Medical School.
