Grace Tang

Grace Tang is an Operational Excellence Senior Manager at Optum, where they apply over 18 years of experience in the BPO industry and a decade of expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and optimize operational efficiency. Prior to their current role, Grace worked as a Risk and Operational Control Supervisor and Customer Service Supervisor at PHH Mortgage from 2015 to 2022. They began their career at Sykes Marketing Services, Inc. as a Quality Analyst and Customer Service Specialist. Grace holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the Philippine School of Business Administration and is currently pursuing an MBA from St. Paul University Philippines.
