Gretchen Jensen

Gretchen Jensen, CPPM, is an experienced professional in project management and marketing operations, currently serving as the Director of Project Management at Optum since December 2016. Prior to Optum, Gretchen held various roles at Target from 1991 to 2015, culminating in positions such as Marketing Operations Manager and Product Owner, where responsibilities included streamlining processes and implementing strategic changes that resulted in significant cost savings. Gretchen's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Retail Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and multiple certifications from the University of St. Thomas, including a Mini Masters in Marketing Management and a Mini Masters of Business Administration.
