Heather Bowden

Heather Bowden is an Automation Engagement Director with over 18 years of experience in leadership and project management. Heather has held various roles at Optum, including Senior Business Process Consultant and Process Discovery & Re-Engineering Director, contributing to multiple aspects of business and claims processes. Before joining Optum, Heather served as a Correctional Officer at Camden County Department of Corrections and worked as an Independent Contractor at Blackwater USA. Heather earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance at the same institution.
